Converting Audio Formats

To load your source file, click the open folder icon and browsing o your file.
Once you have selected a source file a suggested target file name and path ill be entered automatically in the Target File text box.
You can overwrite the automatically generated file name and path by clicking the save as icon and browsing to the file but the file and extension will automatically change if you then change the Output Format and it will continue to automatically change each each time that you change formats.

Your source file will be converted to the format selected by the Output Format option button.

Each Output Format selection will display any appropriate parameters.

Some formats such as the Microsoft ADPCM format selected in this example will display parameter options as shown below.

Others, such as the Windows media format have block parameters. In the illustration below the up and down arrow control will loop through all valid Windows Media settings.

Codec formats that display a Set... button such as the MP3 format illustrated below will pop up another window.
